Will Dietrich is not in my direct ancestry. His wife, Mary Frederick, was related as follows:

The Dietrich family immigrated from Hitzerode, Germany, to Clarion County PA, as did the Frederick family.


William returned with his young family to the Dietrich farm in Indiana Twp., Allegheny Co. PA in the mid-1870's. They remained there until their deaths.
