William G. Stoughton (___) To Thomas Stoughton

_________________fifteenth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and fifty, between Wm. (A./G.) Stoughton and John Wicks of the County of Butler and State of Pa of the first part and Thomas Stoughton of the County of (Lawrence?) and state aforesaid of the second part.. (In soth?) that the party of the first part, for and in consideration of four hundred dollars well and duly paid by the party of the second part, hath granted, bargained and sold unto the party of the second part a certain (or) divided part of three of six ___s of land of Luke Stoughton (being?) the _______title,trust and claim of the three ___ heirs, to wit, Wm. (A./G.) Stoughton, Mary Ann (Mcphersand?) and Luke C. Stoughton, situated and lying in Muddy Creek township, Butler County and State of Pennsylvania and bounded as follows on the East by land of Alexander Wilson, on the South by John Wimer and Thomas (Colter?), on the West by John Stoughton heirs, and on the North by James (M____) heirs, to be paid as follows, to wit, three hundred dollars on the fifteenth day of April next and one hundred Dollars at the time that Luke C. Stoughton comes to the age of twenty one years the party of the first part ___and agree to pay any lawful claims against the ______________ that may have been against Luke Stoughton ___for which the party of the first part doth bind themselves to ___ a good and sufficient ____ ______________________________________
