5	History of Clarion County 1887, By Davis, p. xxix "Kennemuth, John R., Fern p.o., Ashland, a farmer and oil producer, was born in Prussia May 1, 1843, and was a son of Jacob and Dorothea (Schinderwolf) Kennemuth, who settled in Ashland in 1856, on the farm which is now owned and occupied by John R. Their children were Catherine, Eliza, Conrad, Jacob, and John R. John R. was married in 1869 to Mary Fox, a daughter of John Fox, of Brady's Bend. They have had a family of six children - Edward, Willie, Frank, John, Ella and Frederick."

Anna Eliesabeth Kuhnemuth died 15 Feb 1915 in Clarion PA, USA Her parents were Jacob Kuhnemuth, handelsmann (tradesman) and fuhrmann (transporter, or wagon driver), born 20 Oct 1796 in Frankershausen; died 24 June 1872 in USA, Ono, PA. He married on 30 Sept 1824 to Dorothea Eliesabeth Schindewolf, born 28 Nov 1804 in Frankershausen Brummerhof. The parents of Jacob Kuhnemuth were Johannes Frantz Kuhnemuth and 2nd wife Anna Eliesabeth Schindewolf. The parents of Dorothea Eliesabeth Kuhnemuth were Jacob Schindewolf and Dorothea Rehbein.
