In the name of God amen, I, Samuel Wimer of Worth Township, Butler County, Penna. Farmer being in good health of body and of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in manner following. In the first place, I order that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. I give and bequeath all my messuage, lands, tenements and hereditaments lying in Butler Co., PA. to my beloved wife Elizabeth and the house we now live in as long as she lives and one thousand dollars in money and any household furniture that she chooses that is in the house we live in.
In the second place I give to my son Samuel, one thousand dollars. In the third place, I give to my daughter Mary Jane, three hundred dollars. In the fourth place I give and bequeath to my sons Abner and George Wimer, whom I likewise constitute, make and ordain my sole executors of this my last will and testament, all singular my lands, messuages and tenements and all moneys that my be or may become due and all my personal property that is not otherwise disposed of in the will to be divided between them equally, if any dispute arises between Abner and George in dividing the real estate, they shall appoint three men to divide the same and abide their decision without recourse to law to be freely possessed by them and enjoyed and revoking all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of January A.D. 1873.
