In the name of God, Amen. I Jane Boyle of the County of Butler and State of Pennsylvania being sick and weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form as follows to wit.
First I will and bequeath my house and lot on which I now reside to my daughter Hannah and my son James E., this lot to be divided equally by a line running east and west giving Hannah the north side of said lot with the buildings and James E the south side of said lot.

Second, I will and bequeath to my son James E a bed and to Hannah the balance of my household furniture.
Third, and if anything should come to me as one of the Covert heirs from what is known as Harlem Commons Syndicate of New York, I will and bequeath it to my daughter Hannah and to my son James E. to be divided as follows. Hannah to receive two thirds and James E. one third.
And lastly I do hereby appoint my daughter Hannah and my son James E. as Executors of this my last will and testament, in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of January A. D. 1888. Jane Boyle
