Will of Francis Boyle of Middlesex Twp., Butler Co. PA, dated 14 May 1818; filed 31 Jan 1824. Transcribed by Jim Voltz (See Contributors).
In the name of God Amen, I Francis Boyle of Butler County Middlesex Township being weak in body but of sound memory (blessed?) be God this 14th of May in the year of our Lord 1818, make and publish this my last will and testament in the manor following that is to say first I didvide the land equally into four equal shares amongst my three sons and daughter. To my eldest son David one quarter, to my son John one quarter, to my son Alexander one quarter together with the house I now live in. And to my daughter Nancy Boyle one quarter of said land together with all my clothes and moveable property on sd premises.

And I make and ordain Henry Jack and the above mentioned David Boyle my sole executors of this my will in trust according to my true intent and meaning in witness whereof the sd Francis Boyle have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
