James Cornelius Administrator account of all and singular the goods and chattles, rights & credits, which were of Joseph St. Claire late of Centre Township Butler County, Deceased.
The Administrator in the first place charges himself with the amount of appraisment of the goods and chattles rights & credits of the deceased $214.11
The Administrator in the second place charges himself with the increase of vendue $38.84 1/2.

Personally appeared before me the Subscribed Register for the Probate of Wills and ___Letters of Administration and for the County of Butler James Cornelius, Administrator of Joseph St. Clair Decsd., who being duly sworn according to law deposeth and __the above __ account contains a full fair and just calculation and reconing of the goods & chattles rights & credits of the deceased so far as they came into my hands ___as knowledge and further ___.
