Research
Apparently Bernard may have gone by a pseudonym -- his sister's son found a DNA match on 23andme for the daughter of "Robert Joseph Lanza" and the depth of the DNA match is such that they must be first cousins, but for that to be true, "Robert" and Bernard would have to be the same person.
There is a Robert J. Lanza with the same birthday and year as Bernard who shows up in Lake Ozark, MO, in the early 1990s and there is also a Ruta Lanza that shows up in Lake Ozark as well at about the same time.
