The following transcription was made on 27 August 2006 by Richard Brady Williams and Elizabeth Wilson Williams:
- anytime but said first party to remove his share before the
- next succeeding crop is ready to store (this is on account of room in Barn)
- each party to pay their proportional share of toll for threshing the grain
- said second party to pay two thirds thereof Taxes assessed on said farm except
- any Taxes on Oil wells which is all to be paid by said first party- said
