woke up early again today to get jen to her plane. i went to the airport with her, but had to leave her there because i needed to finish the work i failed to do yesterday before i went to see molvig today.

this turned out to not be an issue, since molvig wasn't around. i found him in the busch room where the NED was having a "tell freshmen what nuclear engineering is all about" party with free ice cream, which i partook in. a projector was showing power point slides of salient NED research. one of them was the picture of the megaball in the CAT scanner. haha

molvig took off for los alamos today. he's gone for a week, and when he gets back, he'll have money for me! (at least, in theory) he currently owes me in excess of three grand.

my second radio show was tonight. it went markably better than the first one. i had a guest - geeta, who does a punk show on tuesday mornings. she went to her dorm and grabbed her playschool drum machine, then came and demonstrated its amazing abilities on the air. it was a funny bit.
