I worship thee, for thou art of non-zero complexity.

for some reason i slept forever, waking up at 1:00pm i was late for the thing at the museum so i wolfed a bowl of ceral and i ran over.

advertising an event for kids in the boston globe means a big turn out.

mike did a demonstration called 'what is a robot' while i MCed the mock contest. there were only six robots there, so the kids kept seeing the same matches, but they loved it. we shuffled about 500 people through that room in two hours. it was fun being on the mic and announcing. i got to use my dumb voices and incite the kids into cheering like idiots. it was fun.

it got hot though. the ventillation in that room was not adequate for wall to wall packed people.

i enjoyed working with the kids. robotics is something that is ridiculously easy to make a big hit with kids. even the robots that didn't do anything but drive across the table were a huge success. the robot mike and i put together on friday broke and kids still wanted to see it. i had a lot of fun. the museum people loved it, and are already trying to get me down in writing to be the MC next year.

i sent a big long email to dave, the guy who tried to convert me to christianity last night, with my analysis of the newsweek article he posted to me and a link to an atheism website that i think illustrates some of why i believe what i believe.
